Nutritional support
It may be considered as an adjunct nutritional option, within an appropriate diet and after clinical assessment, in subjects with:
- gastroesophageal reflux even in the presence of lesions, erosions or micro-ulcerations and heartburn;
- functional dyspeptic complaints, slow digestion, post-prandial fullness, bloating and gas;
- reduced mucosal comfort or irritative symptoms involving the oro-gastrointestinal tract [1].
